Mind the G.A.P.P.’s mission is to create pathways for individuals by closing the gap to prosperity. Our programs improve the quality of life of unemployed and under-employed African Americans through career advancement support, financial stabilization services, acquiring sustainable housing, and solid community connections. Our vision is comprised of an equitable Minnesota workforce where everyone is empowered, engaged, and self-reliant.
